Partnership structure
EnergyLink and our affiliate platform company, ELDS, are ready to partner with your group to complete your ESG investing mission. Our partnerships begin with a developer agreement and the formation of a JV DevCo with the intention to design-build-fund project financed entities on a per project basis.
ELDS can support partnership structures with debt needs, equity contributions, tax syndication, design & EPC schematics, underwriting & credit risk wraps, and legal. We are flexible to specific pass-through requirements and SPE or LP/GP partnership structures.
