We provide access to tax equity funding through the Climate Commodities Asset Management fund. We link C&I and municipal renewable opportunities to tax equity investors to enable rapid project deployment.
Access to tax equity investment
We operate a tax equity fund comprised of tax equity investors. When suitable C&I or municipal customers present opportunities for investment, we connect the two parties as the developer and operates the tax equity fund for the project.
For Tax equity investors
Invest either the value of the tax credits for the project (30%) or up to 40% of the project’s equity in return for all tax benefits. These include: the Solar Investment Tax Credit, MACRS accelerated depreciation, and other bonus depreciations. Investors can expect up to a 15% IRR.
For System owners
Receive direct power generation and cost saving benefits from the renewable system and are not responsible for maintenance. As the developer, we will be responsible for system maintenance and performance.
