Missouri National Guard - Popular Bluff

Project Details

In an effort to make their locations more sustainable, the Missouri National Guard issued a request for proposal for a 40 kW rooftop solar array on their Popular Bluff, Missouri facility. The benefits of the project include:

  • On-Site Power Generation: The 40 kW rooftop system installed will allow the Missouri National Guard to generate clean, renewable on-site power, reducing their reliance on their local electric grid.
  • Community Impact: Although 40 kW is not a huge system, having it installed means the Missouri National Guard will be putting less stress on the Popular Bluff electric grid, giving residents in the area confidence in the continued use of power in the area.
  • Job Creation: To install the solar array, the EnergyLink construction crew will bring a few new team members on board, stimulating jobs in the area.
