City of Aurora

Project details

The city of Aurora, Colorado owns and operates a tank and pump station on Robertsdale Street to supply water to its constituents. They wanted to follow the example of other cities around the nation and make use of the large space above the water tank by installing a solar array on top, and EnergyLink, under the supervision of NORESCO, was entrusted to construct this unique application. A 474.76 kW solar array was installed to meet the city’s needs.
