Austin Community College was ahead of the curve in its adoption of solar in 2010, but its system performance has not been nearly what was expected and promised by their contractor. EnergyLink was brought in to repower their solar array and get production to projected levels. Benefits of the project include:

• Solar repowering: The 121.8 kW rooftop solar array will be removed and replaced, following new structuring and electrical designs. The placement combined with updated tech will “repower” the array, increasing kWh production.
• Modern tech: 2010 hardware from the system will be replaced. Inverters will be recommissioned and new optimizers, ballast blocks, and PV wiring will be installed.
• Guaranteed results: EnergyLink will guarantee performance of the array after repowering and will continually report on system performance over time.
